How long will it take to receive my order?

All the items are produced after placing an order. It takes up to 3 working days to be shipped.

How much does shipping costs?

2.99$ per product, not including taxes.

VAT & Taxes

Shipments internationally may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom’s law in the destination country, not Wainyy or the carrier.

Taxes are calculated during checkout.



Beginning July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all commercial goods shipped to the EU, regardless of value.
VAT will be collected at checkout, however, you will not be charged VAT again at delivery.

We value your satisfaction and understand that not every product may meet your brand's needs. To support you, we have a flexible return policy.

You're welcome to return items, provided they are in the same condition as when you received them - undamaged, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.If you decide to return a product that is not defective, please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

To make this process as smooth as possible, we will provide you with a shipping label for a localized warehouse. It's important to note that returns should not be sent to the address on the original shipping box.
